Introduction

This policy document serves as a legally binding agreement between players and the platform for mmr3 and all its services. By accessing mmr3's website or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Age Requirement

mmr3 platform is for players aged 21+ only. Every player must provide accurate age information. If an account is opened with false details, mmr3 reserves the right to suspend that account and forfeit any remaining balance.

One Account Per Player Policy

Each player may open only one account. If multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, payment method, or any other identifier are found, all such accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

Accurate Information

When registering, players must provide their name, age, and contact details accurately. If requested, they must submit their national ID or other supporting verification documents.

  • Players must ensure their personal information is accurate and up to date
  • The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must belong to the player
  • Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds is not allowed
  • Transferring or lending your account to a third party is not allowed

2. Account Management

Account Access and Security

Players must keep their login credentials and password confidential and must not share them with anyone. All actions performed using a player's credentials are considered to have been carried out by that player, so each player is personally responsible for the security of their account.

Account Verification (KYC)

mmr3 reserves the right to carry out player identity verification (KYC) at any time for compliance and platform security purposes. Withdrawals will only be approved after verification is complete. Refusing to submit the required documents may delay or result in rejection of withdrawal requests.

Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention

If money laundering or any other criminal financial activity is detected on the platform, mmr3 may immediately suspend the account in question and report the relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposit methods available at mmr3 include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, which applies equally across all payment methods.

Deposits will only be accepted if the account name matches the player's registered name. mmr3 reserves the right to reject payments made from third-party or non-personal payment methods.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and requests are normally processed within 1 hour. KYC verification must be complete, and if a bonus is active, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

  • All deposit methods — minimum 10,000 Ks
  • All withdrawal methods — minimum 20,000 Ks
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour
  • Withdrawals are only approved after KYC verification is complete
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the player's own payment method

4. Bonus and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

The mmr3 welcome bonus gives 100% of the first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, players must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount on the platform.

Example calculations —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 20,000 Ks → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering required: 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks
  • Deposit 420,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks → balance 620,000 Ks → wagering required: 200,000 × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

Bonus Terms and Restrictions

  • Each player may receive the bonus once only
  • The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — the bonus and any winnings from it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met
  • mmr3 reserves the right to adjust the bonus amount or wagering requirement
  • The bonus validity period will be communicated to the player at the time of their request
  • If fraud or bonus abuse is detected, mmr3 reserves the right to void both the bonus and any associated winnings

Other Promotions

Bonus promotions may be announced on the platform from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions. If bonus abuse is detected, the promotion may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5. Gameplay Rules

Fairness and Integrity of Play

All games on the mmr3 platform are provided by licensed software providers, so all game results are random and operate under a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system that ensures fair outcomes. No player can predict or know a game result in advance by any means.

Connection Interruptions

If your internet connection drops during play, the outcome of those game rounds will be determined by the result recorded on the server. mmr3 cannot be held responsible for any losses caused by connection interruptions.

Game Balance

A player's game balance is made up of deposits and bonuses combined, and will be deducted with each bet placed. All amounts are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks).

6. Prohibited Actions

Players must not carry out any of the following actions on the platform —

  • Attempting to exploit software bugs or glitches for personal gain
  • Using bots, autoclickers, or any automation tools to play
  • Bonus abuse — attempting to withdraw bonus funds immediately using the initial deposit
  • Opening multiple accounts from the same person to claim bonuses repeatedly
  • Money laundering
  • Match-fixing or collusion between players to manipulate outcomes
  • Any action that damages the platform's servers or network
  • Allowing a third party to play on your account, or appointing someone to play on your behalf

If any such action is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7. Personal Information and Security

SSL Encryption

All data transmitted between the platform and players is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, so payments and personal information are kept secure.

Data Retention Period

Player data will be retained for a defined period in line with legal obligations and service requirements. Players may request data deletion upon account closure; however, mmr3 reserves the right to retain records related to legal matters.

8. Responsible Gaming

mmr3's Right to Suspend

mmr3 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a player's account without prior notice for any reason — particularly if a breach of these terms and conditions is found, there is a failure to comply with financial regulations, or fraud is suspected.

Player's Right to Close Account

A player may voluntarily request to close their own account at any time via 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out if it meets the withdrawal requirements.

Service Changes

mmr3 reserves the right to add or remove games, modify promotions, and temporarily or permanently suspend the entire service, with prior notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

Game Result Disputes

In disputes about game results, server records will be treated as the final reference. If a player's own screenshot or local record conflicts with the server record, the server record will take precedence.

If any issue between a player and mmr3 cannot be resolved through reasonable discussion, it may be referred to a mutually agreed third-party mediation body, and both parties must accept its decision.

11。 General Terms

Policy Updates

mmr3 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice. If a player continues to use the platform after an amendment is announced, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Language

These terms are written in Burmese and the Burmese version is the only official version for public use. Any translation is for reference only, and in the event of a conflict, the Burmese version will take precedence.

Limitation of Liability

mmr3 is not liable for any loss caused by network disconnection, device failure, server maintenance periods, or any factors beyond mmr3's control. Services on the platform are provided "as is" and availability at any given time is not guaranteed.

Validity of This Policy

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be valid, and the ruling will apply only to that specific part.

mmr3 reserves the right to update these terms to improve operations or reflect changes to its services, with prior notice. The date of the latest update will be shown at the top of this page. Any player who continues using the platform after an update is considered to have accepted the changes.
